Service Agreement
ClickCast, a company legally registered and operating under applicable laws, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” and the Client, a legally registered entity, hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” agree to the following terms and conditions.

Expected Outcomes
Our services are designed to help businesses strengthen their online presence, enhance brand visibility on social media, and improve customer engagement. Through strategic content creation, targeted advertising, and chatbot automation, businesses can expect:

- Higher customer interaction and engagement through optimized content and campaigns.

Project Timeline
Our service implementation follows a structured timeline to ensure a smooth onboarding process and consistent delivery of results. Below is an overview of the expected timeframes for each phase:
1. Setup & Onboarding (3-5 Business Days)

2. Content Creation & Approval (Ongoing – Weekly/Monthly Schedule)

3. Chatbot Implementation & Testing (Within the First month)
The business owner is responsible for setting up and configuring the chatbot using our provided tools. If needed, we will offer a demo to guide the setup process. In case of any difficulties, we are available to assist with troubleshooting and finalizing the implementation.
4. Campaign Execution (Continuous Throughout Subscription Period)
- Running targeted Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Monitoring and optimizing ad performance for better reach and engagement.
- Periodic reports and strategy adjustments to improve results.
5. SEO Service Implementation (Varies Based on Scope)
- Technical SEO Setup (7-10 Days): Site audit, fixing errors, optimizing speed, and implementing necessary backend improvements.
- On-Page SEO (Ongoing – Monthly Strategy): Content optimization, keyword integration, and metadata enhancements.
- Off-Page SEO & Link Building (Ongoing – 3 to 6 Months for Impact): Building backlinks, directory submissions, and authority improvements.
- Performance Tracking & Adjustments: Regular SEO reports and strategy refinements based on search engine updates and competition.
Since SEO is a long-term strategy, noticeable improvements in search rankings and organic traffic typically take 3 to 6 months, depending on industry competitiveness and website status.
Each service is designed to be executed efficiently, but the overall success depends on timely client collaboration and other factor.
Payment Policy
All subscription payments must be made in advance before services begin. For example, a new client will be required to complete an initial setup payment before activation. From the second month onward, a recurring subscription fee will apply.
To ensure uninterrupted service, clients must renew their subscription within three days of the next billing cycle. If a subscription remains unpaid for seven days, the service will be paused, and all login credentials and access related to the client’s social accounts will be permanently deleted from our system. As we prioritize data privacy, we do not retain any client credentials beyond this period. Reactivation may require an additional setup process and fee.
Service pricing is subject to change based on upgrades, new features, or enhancements. Any adjustments in pricing will be communicated to clients in advance.
Advertising costs are not included in the subscription package. If clients choose to run paid promotional campaigns, they must provide the necessary budget separately or use their own payment accounts.
Ongoing Service & Responsibilities
Social Media Content & Distribution
Content creation and posting are continuous processes, ensuring regular engagement with the target audience. Social media posts will be published consistently throughout each billing cycle, with the total number of posts distributed evenly across the subscribed platforms.
All content is scheduled and tracked to ensure timely execution. Any unused posts or services within a billing cycle will not be carried forward to the next month.
Advertising & Promotional Campaigns
For clients opting for paid promotional campaigns, prior communication is required. Campaigns will be set up and optimized based on the client’s objectives, ensuring strategic audience targeting. However, ad budgets must be provided separately by the client or managed through their own payment accounts.
Subscription Renewal & Termination
To maintain uninterrupted service, clients must ensure timely renewal. If a subscription remains unpaid beyond three days, services may be temporarily suspended. If no renewal is made within seven days, the service will be deactivated, and reactivation may require an additional setup process.
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time; however, payments are non-refundable, and services will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
ClickCast respects client privacy and does not share or sell any client data to third parties. All business-related information, including account credentials and strategic plans, will be handled with strict confidentiality.
Anonymous service usage data may be collected for performance analysis and continuous improvement to enhance marketing strategies and service efficiency.
Service Modifications & Updates
ClickCast continuously improves its service offerings to provide better results and efficiency. Modifications or enhancements may be implemented as necessary. Any major updates affecting service structure or pricing will be communicated to clients in advance.
Limitation of Liability
ClickCast is not liable for any technical disruptions, platform downtimes, or policy changes from third-party services that may impact service delivery.
While every effort is made to ensure the best possible outcomes, specific engagement metrics, leads, or sales results cannot be guaranteed, as they are influenced by various external factors beyond ClickCast’s control.
